Radical.
That’s how I’m describing my weekend plans.
Am I going to start a revolution?
Rob a bank?
Ride elephants across the Himalayas?
Nope.
I’m just taking some
TIME OFF
In English we say, “All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.”
But when you take time off from work, yes, it’s a short-term productivity loss, but a long-term gain.
Because it restores your energy, your motivation and effectiveness.
Let’s talk about that.
How do you restore your energy?
Through sports?
Travel?
Being social?
Spending time in nature?
Riding elephants across the Himalayas?
Or something else?
Share in the comments.
And tomorrow, I’ll tell you how I’m restoring my energy this weekend.
Cheers,
Mr. Vig
P.S.
The Atomic Word of the Day is “restore.”
You can restore your energy.

Let’s talk about that in today’s Atomic Homework audio lesson.
