And then you see it’s also an adjective and a noun, appears in multiple idioms, and is used by teenagers around the world as slang.
That’s how I think you’re going to feel about “cheese.”
A simple word.
You know it.

In France we have a big choice of cheese. I serve them on a cheese board.
I could eat a cheeseburger but I don’t, I prefer a cheese cake.
If you take a picture of your friends and you want them to have a smiley face for a better photo, just tell them « say cheese « and they will look happy !
