MY RENT
I got an email from my landlord a few weeks ago.
He said my apartment is underpriced.
He wants to raise the rent.
I said, “Fine, you can raise the rent. But you have to wait until the lease expires. I signed a contract for a one-year term. It’s a binding contract. And you must honor it.”
Guess what he said?
“No.”
So what to do?
Move out early?
Or battle it out with the landlord in court?
What would you do?

Contract about rent is binding for both side. It should be unchanged. It have to payed untill date of agreement. Like you said to him. If is on contract dokument write some change about a price for inflation…And take him to court ?! But if he is whealty and has a good lawyer you would have to pay court fee if you lost the case. You live in the absolutly city centrum, probably you would find chiper apartment and to move. In the area of centre, but on the edge.
