As we say in English, you need to get back on the horse.
Imagine you’re riding a horse. He suddenly decides you’ve had too many cheeseburgers and his walk would be a lot easier without your extra weight.
So he throws you off.
You fly through the air.
You land on your back.
And immediately you think, “That’s it! No more horse riding for me today!”
But the problem is, you’ll feel the same way the next day and the next and possibly forever.
Unless… you get right back on that horse.
The longer you avoid your fear, the stronger it becomes.
Have a great weekend!
