It’s over.
Done.
Finito.
And now, a new chapter begins…
Off The Road
I’ve been a digital nomad for two years and five months.
Being digital means my work is online.
And being a nomad means I don’t rent an apartment.
Instead, I stay in Airbnbs, hotels, and with friends and family.
And I prefer slow travel; that means, I usually stay for one month or more in each country.
The countries I’ve lived in for a month or more include: Mexico, Bulgaria, Montenegro, Greece, Turkey, Thailand, Georgia and Estonia.
It’s been an adventure.
Remember summer when you were a kid?
Remember summer when you were a kid?
It’s like that: many memories in a short period of time.
But those days are over.
Yesterday, I got the keys to an apartment in Prague.
I’ll still travel.
But now I’ll have a place to come home to.
So what did I learn during this time on the road?
Well, I’d like to tell you.
We’ll start tomorrow.
And you can learn some new words while you enjoy the stories

Happy moving in! Happy settlement! Best luck in the new appartment. I just don’t know the English idiom for expressing best wishes in such situation! But I am sure you will understand these translations from Serbian.
I must tell you that you are a very good storyteller. I enjoy reading the short articles. I wish I could do the same.

I am glad to hear that. To have a home is a very good feeling. Althogh, you haven’t got a chance to live in Croatia. You lived in Montenegro, so I belive you would like Croatia too.
But, you can always visit Croatia, especially if you like see and summer.
Good luck in the new chapter! Congratulations for everything!

Hi, have a great time in Prague, and welcome to visit Sweden !
Hello!
I’m a little jealous that you were able to live freely like this for 2 and a half years, but I think at my age (66) it’s hardly practical anymore. Thank you for the online opportunity. You are doing very well!!! Keep it up!
Best regards:
Luiza
I use to say: “I’m like a tree. I carry my roots with me in a pot.”
PS: Congratulation to you “new home”
