Here’s my favorite history lesson the trip….
THE DANGEROUS BATHROOM
Long ago, there was a man who lived in a castle.
He was rich because he stole.
And because he stole, he had many enemies.
One year, his enemies decided to attack his castle.
But this wasn’t so easy because his castle was situated high up on a cliff.
So they waited for him to get hungry and give up.
In English, this is called a siege.
But what they didn’t know was that the castle was also built on top of a cave and the cave had a secret exit where he could get more food.
So the attackers had to wait a long time.
Finally, they tried another strategy.
They talked to one of his servants and told the servant they’d give him money if he told them how to attack the castle.
This is called a bribe.
The servant accepted the bribe and told them that the weakest walls of the castle were the bathroom walls.
So one night, when the lord of the castle went to the bathroom, a huge rock smashed through the bathroom wall and killed him.
The end.
Cheers,
Mr. Vig

OMG! Dear Mr. Vig, what’s the lesson in this?
We must not wash ourselves, bcs it will kill us.
What about Louis XIV.?
Dear Mr Vig,
I am pleased that you are visiting ”Predjamski grad” and hearing the famous story of Erazem Predjamski (Erasmus of Lueg). Welcome to Slovenia!
Warm regards,
Mateja

Such a nice story; he was hungry and after he get hungry again and then his enemies expected to him to give up, siege
Greed, bribe…never good things!
