This is how I learned to swim.
At first, I was afraid of the water.
Swim teachers couldn’t help me.
Then one day a friend came over.
He jumped right in the pool.
“Well, if he can do it,” I thought, “So can I.”
And that day I started to swim.
The Power Of Belief
It all starts with belief.
Believe you can succeed, and you will.
Believe you can’t succeed, and you might as well go back to bed.
One big… HUGE belief-changer is seeing others succeeding.
When others around you — who are just like you — are succeeding, you start to believe you can do it, too.
That’s why it’s so important to be around people who are speaking English.
That’s why Vig Village members improve faster than the lone wolf who tries to improve on his own.

Are you sure you’re just an English teacher? As I’m reading those emails, I find parallels with my personal life in other areas
hi, I*ve already jump in a water in swiming pool
Your words and sentenses are right. You are absolutely right ! Im learned to swim when I was 30y. old. My niece taught me this in the sea, because I trusted her, I saw how she was doing, she encouraged me. It is good have trust. It is true that Im lone wolf too…
Dear Brian, Your case with the first swimming reminds me of my first case of being courageous enough, and I also jumped into the swimming pool at deepest part of it like the other children did, but I lost my determination at around halfway and one of the watchful lifeguards managed to get me out of my trouble after spotting me being in a shier panic. This failure caused a deep and grievous remembrance in my sole for some mouths, but just until the exact moment, when I decided on that I should, I want and I am get ready to pick up a reliable swimming skill. So, the consequence of this mishap is for me, that we all are different to each other, but one of the most important human features might or can be common within us, our ability to learn from our failure and improving our personality mindfully in this way step by step.
Of course, believe in sth is a huge power. And history confirmes that it is thruth giving us many examples. But only to belive is not enough. You should work. Hard? Not nesessery hard, but just regulary.
Clear, I’m the lone wolf, who tries to improveon his own😪🤔🤫
