speaking with others I’m not able to use correct grammar. Why is this?”
Wrong tool.
You’ve got a nail in front of you but you’re holding a screwdriver.
Studying grammar is called “conscious learning.”
Conscious learning is a tool you can use to pass a test or edit your writing.
During a test or while writing an email you have time. You can think,
“What’s the rule here….?”
But speaking is too fast.
There’s no time for remembering.
You need reflexes as fast as a fighter.
And fighters don’t read fighting books.
They watch and they practise.
That tool is called “unconscious learning.”
It’s what happens when you read, listen to, and speak English.
Makes sense?
Good.
Now go read, listen to and speak some English.
And enjoy it!
