You asked for it!
So here it is!
How to a get a super memory.
July is Memory Month here at Vitamin V.
No, we don’t have a flag with lots of bright colors.
Nor do we have a parade, corporate sponsors or celebrity fans.
But we do have a FREE online training this Thursday!

Greetings From Snowless Bulgaria
Where did all the snow go?
Oh, right; it’s summer.
Finally, the snow has melted from the Pirin Mountains.
My leg is on the mend. (translation: getting better)
And I’m ready to start skiing again!
(If you’re new to Vitamin V, your teacher broke his leg skiing three months ago.)
But first, I’ll be hitting the road soon.
Bulgaria has been an adventure, but as Hank Williams says, “I’m a ramblin’ man.”
That means I like to travel.
Where next?
Probably north.
Maybe they still have snow…
Why You Forget
“I have a bad memory,” says my student.
“No, you don’t,” says Mr. Vig.
“Yes, I do.”
“No, you don’t.”
“Yes, I do.”
“No, you don’t.”
“Yes, I do.”
“How do you learn a new word?”
“I translate it in Google.”
“Ah ha! THAT’S why you can’t remember words!”
Do YOU translate words?
Not good.
Here’s why you will NEVER become fluent if you translate:
- you create the translation habit
- it’s exhausting to translate
- it’s a waste of energy to translate
- you cannot translate and speak quickly and easily
- it’s difficult to remember translations
- translations are often incorrect and create mistakes
So you see, it’s not your memrory – it’s your method.
That’s Big Memory Mistake #1
Do NOT translate words.
See you in your inbox tomorrow for Big Mistake #2.
Cheers,
Mr. Vig
P.S.
So no translating…
Then what SHOULD you do?

Glad to hear your leg is ok already! Stay safe!
Ím very happy to be with U on thursday
Thank you for your invitation!
I don’t think memorising is my superpower.
Unfortunately memory has a limited capacity and it isn’t the best skill of learning…according a few last researches…
A wise lesson, as always! Thanks!
I like snow, too!
I like skiing and I am very grateful for invitation.
You are right.
We should try not translate because is relly exhausting . The method is easy to get a super memory. Its waste of energy to translate
