You got some good ideas this week.
Yesterday, I told you to “bring your confidence with you.”
In other words, choose to be confident.
Most students give this power to the other person.
That means, the other person is in control; not you.
Not a good feeling, right?
Much better is to: keep control, stay relaxed, and speak better.
There’s just one problem…
How?
In English, we have an expression “Easier said than done.”
But there’s only so much I can do for you in an email.
I can teach you.
I can motivate you.
And I can show you the door that will lead to better English and a better life.
But you will have to walk through it.
Make sense?
Good!
Hi Ryan !
In Romanian laguage îs a saying goes like this:
Easy to say, hard to do !
In other words : Exercises, exercises, exercises daily !!!
Yes, there’s also another expression how to keep confidence for becoming a better English speaker; it sounds like that: STEP BY STEP…
In this sense,
in German the expression is: “patience brings roses” (Geduld bringt roses!) And practice, I say.
In Romanian there is another expression: “theory as theory, practice kills you”!
Nice evening, Mr. Vig!
That makes sense. I appreciate it.
Hi, Mr Vig! Yes, it is tru: “How?
In English, we have an expression “Easier said than done.” Trying, trying, trying… in Hungarian we a sentence: The patience brings roses.
…in Hungarian we have a sentence:…
To do.. yeah, sometimes it seems to be complicated .. to do something, sometimes not, it depends on energy and motivation, probably and on faith/belief in our self
Hi , Mr. Vig. I like the expression ”Don’t give up. Be calm. Move forward.Thank you.
I’ m wery glad to read your vitamin every evening.. for beter English… nice storys to read And also to make comment on each story.. for better English… understanding, writing… except speaking.. this is possible in Vig village.. I hope so..
You are really good teacher for us, i like it and I practice English every day
Great!
My English soul is grateful for everything I have gained here. Win – win – win. Freedom, joy and speak better.
There’s the other sentence: To want means to be able! The desire is first. If I want enough, I can do it! I believe!
Thank you, Ryan for your motivation us!
Dear Ryan,
I appreciate you, teacher, for making an effort to motivate us every day with kind words and useful advice.
I know that my success depends only on my own will. But if I see there is at least one person who believes in it besides me, then I will also find the power to progress and my English will improve. My credo is to do it every dead time. I´ve been doing it almost whole year. I´m happy about that!
Thank you for keeping me on the right track!
If a person has support,he has and good chance. That makes sense, does’n it?
You teach us every day, you motivate and encourage at work in your own original way. Thank you very much.
