Just Say “No” To Negative Thoughts And People
“Thoughts are real.”
“Your words program the computer in your mind.”
“You become the average of the five people you spend the most time with.”
You’ve heard all that before, right?
Well, I can tell you, for English students, they’re all true.
Focus on the negative, and it’s going to be a long road up a steep hill.
Focus on the positive, and the wind will be at your back and the sun on your face.
Just say “No” to negative thoughts, words and people.
