Last week was all about why.
Why you must practice speaking if you want to be a fluent English speaker.
This week, we’re talking about how.
Some people find it easy to talk to strangers and make friends.
If that’s not you, then here’s my #1 tip:
Put yourself in a situation where speaking English is not a choice.
Put yourself in a situation where you MUST speak English.
Now, let’s talk about how you can do that…
I put myself in this very situation. For the first time I saw two words and nodded; next I saw one/ two sentences, than I learned a lesson to teach it in English. Finally I began to speak free, a little more fluent and it was a wonderful feeling.
I want to correct something : I said two words
I agree with you. Step by step…And I confuse words like has- had, say – saw, see……often
How I practise English with your sugestion…?
Ten years ago I had an English teacher in Brno. But now I havent occasion to speak English. I like to read your mail every day. Thank you.
How can I do this?
How can I do this, speak with myself in front of the mirror?
I usualy talk to foreignes on public transport or at the train station. You know that. They didnt on which to get off. Or tell them which way to go…
.. sentences is hard to get them right. It doesn’t come natural …like words that tie a sentence so it become understandable… like; some people –find it—easy to talk to strangers…
The words… find it…it doesn’t comes natural for me…therefore you get frustrated
Sentences are…..of course
In English bring joy , in Swedish bringa glädje ,.. in English find it ,in Swedish finner det….it shouldn’t be so hard if you take a deep breath .
But you use some other words in your daily life that makes it complicated
