I just discovered this article in Scientific American.
If you don’t like to read boring scientific papers, I’ll tell you what it says.
According to the professor at Northwestern University in Chicago, your brain has a one-million-gigabyte memory.
A computer with one million gigabytes can store three million hours of TV shows.
That’s a lot.
The next question, of course, is…
So Why Do I Forget English Words?
I think it’s because the brain needs an owner’s manual.
When you buy a car, you get a little book that tells you how to use it.
Did you get this book for your brain?
I didn’t.
So I made one!
It’s called VocabFast.
Many students have used the simple methods inside this short, simple guide to finally remember the words they need for conversation.
It’s not on my website.
It’s not on Amazon.
It’s only here.
And only this weekend.
Sunday night it goes back inside my laptop.
Here’s the link: https://store.mrvig.com/vocab-fast
Have a great weekend,
Mr. Vig
I have now obtained (and downloaded) the ” Vocab- Fast” guide and I am so happy to study it. In fact, I will apply “on/and with myself” your recommendations. And I will start ot from tomorrow! Youhu !! 👍👍
Thank you very much, my dear teacher, Mr. Vig..! God bless you! 💕🙏
Have a nice weekend!
Cheers,
Flora
Enjoy!
Hi, I remember words when I have emotional connections with these words, it means that e.g. I remember what somebody said in emotional interesting way, I can remember whole the situation. I don’t remember dead language, just academic in meaning dead language, when somebody says smth without emotions, without interesting context. It is my way of learning, experience, not something dead
Grateful for VocabFast. Got it! Article “What is the Memory Capacity of the Human Brain?” was long, difficult and very interessting. It calmed me down: “we don´t know how to measure the size of a memory” and “some information is just not worth memebering in the first place”. Have a good time.
Excellent!
I already have your helpful book VocabFast and I faithfully recommend it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
P.S. Thanks for the nice article in Scientific American.
You’re welcome!
Thank you, Ryan, for your fantastic guide; it’s so professionally and I just wait to read it, to look at the images and colours and it will be so interesting to me to find in something new and useful things .
You are very welcome!
Hi Mr Vig,
It is a very attractive offer, however it would have been much more captured (mybe it is not the right word, sorry), if you could show a little more about it, like is it interactive, do we able to search in it or just how it looks like, how it works. Is it for PC-s only or do we able to use it on mobiles too at the same time? It would have been lovely to see some pics or video about the working.
If anyone could help with these, I would really appreciate it.
Thank you,
Regina
Hi Ryan!
My memory device thanks you for VocabFast!
Have a nice weekend!
Ha! You’re welcome!
