This joke is possible since English is often very confusing. The noun grandma has the same form in accusative case as well as in vocative case. In my language they have different forms, so the joke can not be translated. Oh, I remember: no translation and no grammar! Thanks for Vitamin V-s, I enjoy them!

You say two different explanations (in e-mail and in blog), for case if you don’t get the joke. What is right ? But there is not explanation if you get the joke. The joke has also in that case two explanations? Those explanations themselves are also a joke.
