You’ve heard of Tinder, right?
It’s a dating app and it’s very popular.
(At least until some teenager invents a better way to stare at your phone.)
So about a year ago, a friend of mine decided to give it a try. And according to the stories he told me (and the pictures he showed me), he was quite successful.
But another friend, according to his stories, well, to quote Borat, “not so much.”
And when I asked friend number one what his secret was, he told me that he did some research before making his profile and read that women respond well to photos where the man is wearing a suit and not looking at the camera. So that’s what he did.
Friend number two, he didn’t read anything, especially the tip that said “Whatever you do, do NOT post a picture with your shirt off.”
Because that’s exactly what he did.
So what’s the lesson here?
First, keep your shirt on
Second, follow the instructions.
Sometimes it’s that easy.
And that’s simply what I’m doing.
Last week I bought a course on how to use email for your business.
The teacher suggested daily emails.
So that’s what I’m going to do.
I’m going to follow his instructions.
Daily emails and daily blog posts.
And if you’d like some instructions to follow, well, that’s why I’m visiting Earth this week.
