What’s a habit?
A habit is something you do automatically.
You do it without thinking.
Often habits are daily.
And often habits are negative.
Smoking… complaining… checking the news first thing in the morning…
All negative habits.
And unfortunately, you learned many of your negative English habits from school.
Here we go!
Bad Habit #1 — Trying to be perfect.
In school, success = 100%
Too many mistakes?
You fail!
And now?
You try to speak without mistakes.
Well, that’s impossible.
So why attempt the impossible?
Better just not to speak…
And that’s not good.
