Wasn’t last year wonderful?
Remember how I used to fill your inbox every day with Vitamin V emails?
In 2020 I wrote over 250 emails to my Vig tribe.
It was fun.
I got many kind emails of thanks.
Like this one from A. D.
Seriously feeling so motivated…I really appreciate it.
And this one from G. Mulenga:
Your daily mail has contributed massively to my English skill.
And you want to know something else?
It was easy!
It became so automatic I could finish an email between bites during breakfast.
But not this morning….
The Lesson Learned
This morning I spent a good five minutes scratching my head, thinking, “Hmm, what should I write about?”
Conclusion: It’s easier to do something every day than once a week.
This is the power of habit.
If Habit is driving, all you need to do is sit down, relax, put your feet up, and let Mr. Habit do all the work.
And if your habits are positive habits, all the better! Your life improves daily and automatically.
Think: walking, eating vegetables, meditating, smiling…
And of course, English.
A student who has The English Habit is unstoppable… a five-ton rock bouncing down a mountain… a SpaceX rocket on its way to Mars… a virus from China…
That’s why I call the ability to create habits “The Master Skill.”
You can learn the zero conditional… you can memorize 350 irregular verbs… you can drill the phonetic alphabet…
Or you can develop The Master Skill and all your English desires will be delivered to your door like a shipment of toilet paper from Amazon.
