Welcome to the teenage days.
Here in central Europe, it’s not winter, but it’s not summer.
Like a teenager is not a child and not an adult, we are in the in between days.
SLEEP
I slept well last night and now I feel good!
How about you?
When you sleep well, it makes a huge difference on your
- memory
- learning
- mood
- energy
- will power (ability to do hard things, ex. say “no” to junk food)
- immune system (you’re less likely to get sick)
But the modern world makes it difficult to sleep well.
Here are some tip you wrote on the blog:
- warm milk
- early dinner
- high-quality pillow and mattress
- relaxing music
- vitamins
- no phone
