I think that both sign writers need English lessons.
In my opinion, the first sign should read without please, because it is an imperative sentence and there should be a definite article in front of the glass:

Both posters are hilarious. 😀 Ice cream can’t be scared and the second poster must be reformulated because I think it is very dificult to understand what they want to say. And I think they wanted to say waiting room instead of waiter😀 and the whole sentence seems to be wrong.
I don’t know what meens sign maker. I used the word “poster” but maybe I made a mistake.
