Naked people.
In the U.S., you just don’t see that many.
But in Europe, all you have to do is go to the gym or the pool or the beach or the sauna.
NUDITY ON A SUNDAY
How was your weekend?
Mine was relaxing.
Because on Sunday, I decided to do something different.
I went to the sauna.
There’s a hotel down the street that has a spa.
And when you pay for entrance to the spa, you can workout, swim, relax and visit either a wet or dry sauna.
As I was signing in, the receptionist told me the rules.
“You can not wear your bathing suit in the sauna.”
Only a sheet is allowed.
And that’s why I’m thinking about naked people today.
Because I saw a lot more of them this Sunday than on a typical Sunday.
In the US, it’s different.
First of all, we don’t have saunas.
When I visit my family and go to the nearby pool, there simply isn’t a sauna.
Second, when it’s time to take our clothes off, we like privacy.
For example, the showers in the locker room are private, with two curtains.
And you’ll never see a cleaning woman inside the men’s locker room.
So which is better?
Are Americans too uptight?
Or are Europeans too uninhibited?
Cheers,
Mr. Vig

I prefer American style of spa culture. The same is in my country, Serbia. Although there are swim costumes that are so tiny, ladies who wear them often appear to be nude. But still, they wear something.
We have in Bulgaria beaches for people who like nudism, but place are secluded. No Americans are no too uptight.
