What does an English teacher do when he arrives in a foreign land?
Portugese explorers used to get off the boat and look around for gold.
When I get off the plane I usually start trying to find signs with crazy English mistakes.
This week, I’m in Bangkok to attend a conference for entrepreneurs and to do some sightseeing
And so far, I’m disappointed — not that many bad signs.
I did, however, spot this one in Lumphini Park:

To me, it looks like the English teachers arrived, taught the Thais about the plural English “s”, got back on the boat, and sailed off to teacher in other lands.
That or the pigeon got a girlfriend.
I don’t know…
