I think that both sign writers need English lessons.
In my opinion, the first sign should read without please, because it is an imperative sentence and there should be a definite article in front of the glass:
Don’t tap on the glass
Also, another sign in my opinion could read:
Ice cream is not scary
At least that’s what I mean, maybe I’m wrong
You’re right about “the.” It’s missing.
But it’s not a huge mistake.
And how the rest is written makes everything quite funny.
Both posters are hilarious. 😀 Ice cream can’t be scared and the second poster must be reformulated because I think it is very dificult to understand what they want to say. And I think they wanted to say waiting room instead of waiter😀 and the whole sentence seems to be wrong.
I don’t know what meens sign maker. I used the word “poster” but maybe I made a mistake.
I want to say “I don’t know what means “sign maker” but I understood the meaning. It’s an expression?
Please, may I edit a text if I make a mistake?
