“I can’t do that!”
That’s a limiting belief.
“I can’t dance.”
“I can’t do math.”
“I can’t speak English.”
But often, these beliefs are not true at all.
We believe them because they feel safe.
Or, a long time ago, we got one piece of evidence that told us it was true, and years later, we still believe it.
Recently, I had an experience where I discovered a belief that I had held for years was false.
I thought I couldn’t do something.
And then I did it!
And let me tell you, it feels great when you discover you can do something you thought was impossible.
I’ll tell you the story tomorrow.
But today, think about your limiting beliefs.
Are they true?
How do you know?
Yes, you`re absolutely right! I recognize myself here. But I think and believe that everything comes in its own time. What must come will definitely come.
