“What’s your experience level?” asked the motorcycle website.
“Beginner,” I told the motorcycle website.
That’s why I was expecting a relaxing day today.
That —and the website’s description of “small valleys,” “mountain pastures,” “clearings on gentle slopes” and “panoramic views.”
I was wrong.
MOUNTAIN MOTORCYCLE ADVENTURE
About thirty minutes after we started, I suspected something was wrong.
We went up a steep hill.
Two of the guys crashed.
Miraculously, I didn’t.
Later, I found out I was the only beginner in the group.
All of them had been riding since childhood.
In fact, one guy used to race bikes while another is a motorcycle instructor in the UK!
No kidding.
But I survived.
Now I’m exhausted.
Filthy.
And my butt hurts.
Is that an adventure?
Cheers,
Mr. Vig
P.S.
Know what a pasture is?
What about steep slopes?
Panoramic views?

Want to see a picture of me on the bike that almost killed me?
Go to my Instagram page to check it out.
This is actually my very first Instagram post!
I’m usually very anti-social-media.
Maybe I lost a few brain cells in the thin mountain air…
yep, i can’t open vig village and listen to your adventure
