When I was a kid, I routinely visited my grandparents in Texas.
But my parents didn’t always want to visit my grandparents.
So they put me on the plane by myself.
One time, I got the middle seat in the back of the plane.
The adult to my left was smoking.
And the adult to my right was smoking.
And there I sat, for three and a half hours, with no phone, no video games, no screens at all.
Just second-hand smoke to entertain me.
Ah, the good old days.
MY PLAN
Here’s my plan…
When I have kids, and when I start flying business class, I’ll make my kids sit in the back of the plane.
They won’t have any smokers to talk to.
But I still think it’ll make them better people.
They definitely won’t be spoiled.
And I’ll save some money.
What do you think?
Good plan?
Cheers,
Mr. Vig
I’m so curious ,you piqued my curiosity with this learning tip wich will trick my brain to build more neuronal bridges, synapses to improve the learning.I know there are some good researches on this side.
Really ,I think this idea ” good old days” doesn’t exist, it’s a mith. In fact the best days are these days; never old days were better than these days, as the result of evolution.Yes, there’s still problems to solve…
Perfect plan. You touched my attention with that new method for learning and practicing. Yes, without spoiling we can build real knowledge and connection. that is important to understanding eachother
Hi I think it‘s a good plan. Even better I think your children should a little work for their flight to learn nothing is without cost.
Greetings Thomas.
I think that if one could afford to sit on the plane together with his child but instead place the child in a situation to feel disregarded and abandoned, it could undermine the connection between them. Not only money and savings are important. Building trust, respect, and connectivity between family members is the most valuable.
Good point.
Hi,
Kids and teenagers travel with their parents, and it would look like a punishment if a family would travel in business class and let her children travel in economy.
A family should always pay attention to harmony.
At that age, you are not yet supposed to work to deserve this or that.
It is normal that your parents pay for you.
If you can afford business class for the whole family it’s a good thing and your child will know what the comfort of business class is.
But one day, the child grows up and starts to travel on his own, paying his own train or plane tickets, with his own salaries. Usually the first ones are not high.
So he will travel on low coast company, to save money, but he will remember how cool it was to travel in business class and will be over motivated and planed his carrer to afford business class, again.
It can be a good way to speed up your carrer 😉
Tak. To dobry plan z dziećmi w tyle samolotu.
