When I was a kid, we had summer reading.
That meant, the teacher gave us a list of books to read over the summer.
After summer break was over, we would have a test on the books.
Those Poor English Kids!
It’s summer.
But English kids are still in school!
I’m staying with friends this week in England and today is the last day of school for their kids.
